I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified counselor supervisor, and National Certified Counselor. I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University. I received a Master of Education in Couples and Family Counseling from the University of Montevallo. My experience includes residential, school, and agency settings. I specialize in Men’s Issues, OCD, couples, and ASD. I also enjoy the areas of anxiety, depression, identity development, and life transitions. I offer assessment and treatment for ADHD. My goal is to engage in a whole-person perspective to treatment–including systems work. I am oriented mainly with Gestalt and CBT, but use existential and person-centered approaches in a uniquely effective manner.
